Rioting and looting broke out in downtown Vancouver after Vancouver Canucks lost to Boston Bruins in the 2011 Stanley Cup finals.

The Canadian city was hit by looting and vandalism amid scenes of smashed storefronts, burned cars and tear gas when angry hockey fans rank amok. Clean-up crews worked hard to clean up the debris while business owners were helplessly watching the damage. The overall cost of the city’s worst riots in decades have not yet been estimated.
