Concert Video: After 16 days of competitions, the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, where Canada won 26 medals including 14 gold, ended in grand style Sunday night at BC Place Stadium with a closing ceremony High color. The Vancouver Olympics have just taken a dramatic turn for the Quebecer Joannie Rochette, whose mother died just hours after his arrival in Vancouver.
Therese Rochette, aged 55, died Sunday morning at the Vancouver General Hospital where she was admitted following a sudden illness, whose nature was not specified.
